Tips and tricks¶

• You can see the status of a deployment by opening the Status Monitor from the Diagnostics tab of the Cockpit. Select the user whose status you want to see and browse to the end of the log file by scrolling the horizontal bar if your screen is too small.
  
  
  
  
• The message 'HTTP/1.1 200 OK' in the 'OWA Status' column means that the signatures are deployed successfully for that user.
• If a user is logged on to OWA, the user cannot see the change in the signature. This is by design in OWA. The user needs to log off and then log on again in order to see the new signature.
• You can see the signature made available in OWA in the Status Monitor by clicking the last column 'View Signature'.
