Introduction
About
This guide describes how to set up scheduled
campaigns in eMailSignature. It explains how to track and
measure the effects of the campaigns as a hosted service.
This guide is intended for users in charge of creating campaigns (e.g. Marketing or Communications Departments) as well as system administrators supporting the technical side of eMailSignature and the company Web server.
Marketing module
With the Marketing module activated, you will experience the following benefits:
- Add campaign messages below the email, such as banners, promotions, links, holiday greetings, etc.
- Schedule a campaign to run in a given time frame.
- Specify a campaign for a group of users (e.g. all Marketing Department employees).
- View reports of campaign results using our hosted tracking service
- Measure the effectiveness of your campaign
The Campaign module is enabled automatically, when the provided
license key is entered.
Locating the Marketing module
This guide assumes that eMailSignature is installed and a valid
license key for the Marketing module is obtained and entered. For more information on installing eMailSignature, see the eMailSignature Installation Guide.
To locate the Campaign module, double-click the
Cockpit icon on the desktop. Campaign and Reporting
toolbar is located in the Modules
tab.
If the Campaign module is not enabled, please obtain a valid
license key. In the
Standard Edition, only the Disclaimer module is enabled. For information on managing licenses, see the Administering eMailSignature Guide.
